Aging in place is possible, but no one should have to figure it out alone. Our Service Coordination program places dedicated coordinators inside Seton Square Senior affordable housing communities across the region, where they become a trusted, consistent presence for residents navigating the complexities of independent living.
At 13 Seton Square communities spanning Franklin, Licking, Marion, Coshocton, and other counties across Ohio, our service coordinators do more than connect residents to resources. They show up. They follow through. They know your name.
What a Service Coordinator Does
• Connecting residents to healthcare, mental health services, and wellness programs
• Identifying cost-saving benefits and financial assistance
• Coordinating with family members and community partners
• Helping residents maintain lease requirements and housing stability
• Providing advocacy during medical situations, personal crises, or transitions in care
Advocates for Stability
Our coordinators are more than case managers. They are mediators, advocates, and problem-solvers. When a resident faces a lease concern, a hospitalization, or a sudden loss, a service coordinator helps them create a plan and navigate what comes next. The goal is always the same: stable housing, maintained independence, and a community that does not leave anyone behind.
“I have many blessings in my life, and Ms. Emily, my service coordinator, is one of them. When my brother in Denver passed away, we didn’t have the means to cremate him. I called Ms. Emily and, after offering her condolences, she helped me identify and complete a process through Medicaid that allowed my brother to be cremated and his ashes returned to me. She has put a lot of time and care into helping me.”
