Supportive Services

Home is more than an address. It is where independence lives. Our Supportive Services program helps older adults across Franklin and Licking Counties who need a little extra support to stay safely in their homes and engaged in the lives they have built.

You are not alone. Whether you need help navigating benefits, managing finances, or getting to a medical appointment, a CSS Supportive Services team member will meet you where you are, with a home visit, a plan, and consistent follow-through.

Payee Services

Managing monthly finances can become overwhelming, especially when Social Security, housing costs, and healthcare expenses all arrive at once. Our Representative Payee Services provide a trusted partner who ensures bills are paid on time, benefits are properly managed, and seniors can focus on living rather than paperwork.
Payee services are available to eligible seniors across our service area and help prevent housing instability caused by missed payments or unmanaged benefits.

Transportation Services

A ride to a doctor’s appointment or a grocery run can make the difference between independence and isolation. CSS provides non-emergency transportation services for eligible seniors across our service area, helping older adults stay connected to healthcare providers, community programs, and everyday life.

Transportation services operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligible individuals must be a senior citizen or qualified veteran residing within our service area.

Who Qualifies

Supportive Services are available to adults age 60 and older. We currently serve residents across Franklin and Licking Counties, with additional Seton Square communities throughout central and southeastern Ohio. Service area ZIP codes include locations in Newark, Zanesville, Lancaster, London, Marion, Kenton, Dover, Coshocton, Wellston, and Washington Court House, among others.

How to Access Supportive Services

Referrals can be made by the individual, a family member, a caregiver, or a community organization. Once we receive a referral, our team schedules a home visit to understand your situation and identify the most appropriate services.
