At the core of our Supportive Services is our faith-driven mission to provide personalized assistance that addresses the unique needs of each senior we serve. This includes help with housing, furniture, benefits, and medical advocacy, among other services. We aim to support our clients’ diverse requirements, empowering them to maintain their independence at home. At Catholic Social Services (CSS), we honor seniors’ dignity by offering tailored support that enables them to age in place in their communities. We aim to help seniors in Franklin and Licking counties live a life of dignity and choice.
Every senior has a unique set of needs and preferences, and our Supportive Services reflect that individuality. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we collaborate with you to design a service plan that aligns with your specific circumstances. Our commitment is to work with you to fulfill your goals, ensuring that your voice is heard and respected every step of the way.
Requirements
To enroll in Supportive Services, you need to be a senior, defined as 60 years of age or older.
We currently serve all of Licking County and the following zip codes in Franklin County: 43068, 43109, 43110, 43119, 43123, 43125, 43126, 43137, 43146, 43201, 43203, 43204, 43205, 43206, 43207, 43209, 43213, 43215, 43217, 43222, 43223, 43227, 43228, 43232.
The Referral process for Supportive Services and Money Management for Seniors 60+ can be initiated by the individual, family members, or a community social service entity. Please use the form below.
Once we receive your referral form, filled out with as much pertinent information as possible, we will contact the individual referred and assess further to ensure that our services meet their needs.
Our comprehensive Supportive Services and Money Management Programs are made to assist seniors in the community in remaining as independent as possible.
