Serving communities in and around McArthur in Vinton County, the St. Francis Evangelization Center provides food, essential resources, and community support for neighbors in southeastern Ohio. Recently welcomed into the CSS family of ministries in March 2026.
The JOIN Program (Joint Organization for Inner-City Needs) is a community outreach ministry serving Franklin County residents from a physical location, with plans to expand to a mobile unit in the future. Welcomed into the CSS family of ministries in March 2026.
