Throughout the year, Catholic Social Services brings together friends, supporters, and community partners for special events that celebrate generosity, strengthen relationships, and advance our mission.

Bluegrass with the Bishop
Bluegrass with the Bishop is CSS’s signature annual fundraising event, bringing together music, fellowship, and community support in one joyful evening. Guests enjoy live bluegrass music, meaningful conversation with fellow supporters, and the chance to support CSS programs serving seniors, families, and neighbors in need across central Ohio.
The event features sponsorship opportunities for businesses, families, and community partners, and has introduced unique elements like the Bishop’s Barrel, a limited-edition bourbon pick selected by Bishop Fernandes and available to table sponsors.
Bluegrass Sponsorship Tiers
- Bluegrass Sponsor: Two tables (20 guests). Engraved stepping stone plaque at next outreach center. Name/logo on event materials, CSS website, and digital platforms. Option to include items in welcome bags. 3 Bishop’s Barrel bottle packages (each valued at $250).
- Neighbor Sponsor: One table (10 guests). Engraved brick at next outreach center. Name/logo on event materials and digital platforms. Option to include items in welcome bags. 2 bottle packages.
- Service Sponsor: One table (10 guests). Name listed at next outreach center as supporter. Name/logo on event materials. Option to include items in welcome bags. 1 bottle package.
- Faith Sponsor: One table (10 guests). Name/logo on event materials. 1 bottle package.
