CSS offers English as a Second Language (ESL) classes at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Center to help adult learners in central Ohio build the communication skills that open those doors.
ESL Classes
CSS ESL classes are offered at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Center and are designed for adult learners at all levels, from beginners to those looking to sharpen existing skills. Classes use immersive, real-world instruction and cover grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, conversation, reading, and writing.
Learners come from many different backgrounds and with many different goals. Some are preparing for employment. Some want to communicate more confidently with their children’s school. Some are navigating healthcare systems or legal processes. ESL classes meet learners where they are and build skills that apply to all of it.
Offered at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Center
ESL classes are part of a broader suite of programs at OLGC, which also includes case management, immigration consultation, legal referrals, workforce development, and empowerment groups. Learners who participate in ESL classes are often connected to additional supports that help them reach their goals.
